Lost or Delayed Packages

In the event that your package does not arrive or is delayed, please contact us immediately. We will file a trace with Canada Post after 2 business days to investigate and resolve the issue. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by offering store credit for next time orders.
