We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days. All shipments are sent via Canada Post. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but most customers can expect their order within 5–7 business days. 

(United States/United Kingdom Shipping)

We offer shipping to the United States and the United Kingdom. Due to regulations surrounding the shipping of fragrances, we do not offer express or air shipping options. As a result, we only provide expedited ground shipping, which can take longer to arrive. Shipping to the United States typically takes 7–10 business days while shipments to the United Kingdom may take 10–14 business days depending on the location and customs processing. 

Lost or Delayed Packages

 

In the event that your package does not arrive or is delayed, please contact us immediately. We will file a trace with Canada Post after 2 business days to investigate and resolve the issue. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

 

Damaged or Defective Products

 

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by offering a replacement or a store credit.
